Multi-Batch Privacy Statement

At Multi-Batch, we take your privacy very seriously.

In general, you can visit Multi-Batch on the web without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself.

While IP addresses (the Internet address of a computer) are logged to track a user's session on our site, the user remains anonymous. Tracking of IP addresses gives us an idea of which parts and pages of our site users are visiting, how often they visit them, and how long they spend there. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a user's session is tracked, but the user is anonymous. The user's browser type and platform is also logged - this lets us know the type of computer and operating system being used. We look at that in order to determine the "mix" of who is visiting our site and what browsers we have to ensure operate correctly at our site. We analyze this data for trends and statistics, and then we discard it.

However, if you want to:

Purchase a product from any sites attached to Multi-Batch
Register a new product
Download a demo of our software
Sign up for a mailing list, enter a contest
Fill out a survey, or sign onto a page that requires authorization etc....

You may be asked to provide us your name, e-mail address, postal address, and possibly other personal information.

We will use that information to:
Keep our customers informed of new releases of our products
Provide helpful hints and tips on how to use our products
Make special offers that we extend only to our registered customers
Research or to improve our site and the services we offer you.

We use the information that is provided to us for our own internal use and we do not sell or distribute your information. We value our customers and therefore we hold their information private.
